I want to see.

Colossians 1:15-16

15 Christ is the visible image of the INVISIBLE God.
He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation,
16 for through him God created everything
in the heavenly realms and on earth.
He made the things we can see
and the things we can’t see—
such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world.
Everything was created through him and for him.

Hoverboard by NILS GUADAGNIN.

“The Hoverboard is a project made by Nils guadagnin, a young french artist. This work is born in 2008 for an exhibition named “Back To the future”.
It is a copy of the hoverboard from the movie Back to the Future II. Integrated into the board and the plinth is an electromagnetic system which levitates the board. A laser system stabilises the object in the air.
In the making of this work, this artist was thinking about different ways of presenting sculpture. In fact it’s a reflexion on the multiple possibilities of how to give a sculpture full spatial autonomy.”

Johanna Blakely: Lessons from fashion’s free culture.

For myself, the copycats and knock-offs you see in fast fashion has bothered my before. This taught me a new way to look at it and I’m glad I spend the 15 minutes to watch it.

Johanna Blakely is a media maven!

San Diego Action Media is at it again!

These fellows have fun doing what they do. If you need some media work…holler at my boys of SDAM!

The Damn Rascals just wanna have fun. Be easy.

My good buddy, Jordan, started a hodge-podge bike squadron of homies called The Damn Rascals up in Coeur d’alene, Idaho. Jordan is a gifted graphic designer, filmer, editor, writer, dad, follower of Christ, husband and an all around good brother. He’s wrangled together some other creatives/couch potatoes in the area who love bike culture, skateboarding, music and have a penchant for tight pants, hot dogs and being silly. Basically the crew is about having fun and not taking themselves seriously. They just wanna roll around town, play with wrenches/bike tubes/cameras/photoshop/dirt and share some joy with others as they try to skid on by.

Most of the DR may ride a fixie but if you’ve got a multi-geared-road-eating beauty of a bike, bmx, skateboard, big wheel, radio flyer wagon, beach cruiser, townie, tricycle, unicycle, a gnarly mountain/rock hopper like these rad dudes I know named Shane Beidler, Dan Coronado and Ben Raymond; you’re still welcome with open arms and sticky-donut-residue fingers. That is if you’re pedaling around CDA, Idaho on occasion;)

Jordan and I are alike in many ways because we just wanna make stuff we like that’s fun and hopefully others will enjoy as well. I’ve been inducted as a member of the DR hooligans by default to up the Filipino ratio. Ha. Just kidding;)

I got my custom DR tees in the mail today and I’m stoked on how they turned out. So clean and crispy! DIG IT.

Go get your own here: Shop till you flop.

***my own side note. You might wanna trade in your rollerblades for a pair of 4-wheeled rollerskates. 4×4′s are acceptable. Blades ain’t. Just my opinion;)
